A seat of power in Newcastle for over 250 years, the oldest parts of The Guildhall date back to the mid-17th century while its iconic front was completed by renowned local architect John Dobson in 1825.

Enjoy an exclusive tour with Newcastle City Guides, exploring spaces including the Mayor’s Parlour and the old courtroom where many a felon met their fate.

This tour is free but tickets must be reserved.
